Pastor Neil

Neil joined the leadership team of the church at Stockton in 2019, having previously been Lead Pastor at New Hope Apostolic Church in Keighley.

Neil was born in West Yorkshire and became a Christian at the age of 16 through the work of a school Christian Union lunchtime group. He moved to study at Teesside University in 1995, and joined our Middlesbrough church. After graduation, Neil worked in the insurance industry, until 2006. He then spent 9 years with Tees Valley Youth For Christ as the Team Leader of the Stokesley project. This provided opportunities to lead short term mission teams to Cape-town and India.

Neil was then ordained into the pastorate of the Apostolic Church in 2015, and served in Keighley for four years, alongside employment as the Senior Leader of “Christians In Calderdale Schools”.
Neil enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, eating out at Nandos and has a keen interest in current affairs.
